I took this picture on top of the bridge down the road from the school again. First I desaturated it to make it black and white, then used the old photo filter tool to make the fuzzy border and everything. I also darkened some parts of the clouds and lightened others to make the sky stand out a bit. That's about all I did to this one besides change the coloring.
