This is a picture of my friends and me on theme day. What I did, was mess with the colors on the hue and saturation tool. Then, I went to the filters, went down to artistic, then chose the cartoon effect. I put some text in with the text tool, changed the color and then the font and called it good.
You guys look pretty sweet. You can see the cartoon feature, but I think it'd be more visible if the overall tone of the picture wasn't blue. If it was more natural, I think the cartoon would jump out more. I really like the drastic effect of the lime green on the blue though.
