Picnic Table

So first of all I took this picture of the picnic table in the garden thing at the river house. I then went to colors, and posterized it, which gave it the colorful shaded look in the second picture. Then I went into the color levels and moved those around until I had some neon spots, and some darker spots. It looks kind of different when it's bigger on my screen, but it still shows most of it.
