This is a picture of my little sister, Justine. All I did with this photo was mess with the cure tool. I first used it while it was on smooth, then switched over to the freehand tool. I like the curve tool because it gives it like a cartoonish look. I enjoy it.
It is kinda cartoony. You should try it with the actual cartoon filer you found. That would probably be really nifty.
