This is a picture of my little sister and me. This photo was already in black and white. So, I adjusted the curve on it, and then used the filters to give it a little more of a cartoon look to it.
I like it; it looks like a painting. You should try the posterize feature. It limits the number of colors your picture will be and creates a similar look to this. You'd probably like it.
