Just a quick picture inspired from my Irish ancestors from way back. I used the biggest galaxy brush which gave the flag the tattered edge look. I got the colors from a picture of a flag off of google and used the color picker tool. Then I filled the background with black to accent the edges of the flag. But overall, very quick, very simple, but I love it.
